Mike Ferguson is the Principal of Operations (COO), Implementation, & Client Success with over 30 years of experience driving transformation and enabling strategic capabilities throughout the supply chain. He’s held leadership roles spanning business consulting, strategic operations, and large-scale systems implementations, working with global brands across retail, apparel, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors. Mike has led large-scale technology programs for Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, and JDA—running the program management office, driving change adoption, and becoming the trusted advisor with business and IT leaders for sustained results. Mike also provides leadership to enablement of new strategic business capabilities—defining the prioritization of priorities, how to measure success, and driving a holistic implementation roadmap based on key dependencies & constraints. His dual vantage of industry and vendor experience enables him to translate technology initiatives into real business outcomes.
