JBF Consulting served as the lead logistics integrator for a global business transformation that merged three independent CPG divisions into a single operating company. Alongside a centralized SAP deployment for this transformation, JBF partnered with the client and prime systems integrator to deliver Blue Yonder TMS within the transformation program.
