Plan & Organize
While we customize our approach based on your specific needs, the detailed project plan we produce will focus on aligning four elements: functional workstream, technology workstream, change management/communications and program administration. This document becomes the basis for scheduling, resource allocations, budgeting, communication timing, customer outreach and more — and allows us to balance cost, time, risk and value.
Design
Our focus during the design process is twofold: defining what the solution will do for each stage of the implementation and how the solution will work with existing systems, processes and people. We listen closely — so we can elegantly and efficiently solve problems you’ve identified, along with those you may not be thinking about. And, since we’re unconstrained by technology, we can ensure the output — the blueprint of the ultimate solution delivered to you — meets all your needs, even those outside the box.
Build & Test
This is where our technical acumen really gets to shine, as we address application configuration, data prep and cleansing, and solution prototyping prior to embarking on the actual development — the technical/integration build. Once that has been completed, we conduct integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the system works as designed.
Deploy & Support
After any issues discovered during testing are addressed, it’s time to go live. Cutover planning takes place to ensure there aren’t any service gaps during the transition and the hypercare period commences. That means we have “all hands on deck” to deal with user and application issues, and address anything else that comes up in real-time. We strongly believe going live is the start, not the end, as we ensure you’re getting the most value from your system.
Is This Your Challenge?
We’re Concerned About Staying On Time and On Budget
That is a common concern when you’re embarking on a complex project that involves a lot of moving pieces. We like to say we offer a right-sized approach — a talented “SWAT team” of highly experienced people who will keep you on track, as opposed to an army of consultants.

We’re Not Sure Who Our Advocate Is
This is also pretty common, since vendors tend to operate in a cookie-cutter fashion and just “screw in” the software as quickly as possible — not allowing you to develop a relationship that leads to trust. Since we hope you’ve come to trust us — because we aren’t focused on transactions, but the long term — we can work alongside the vendor, or do it all ourselves. This will depend on your needs around budget, risk and shaping an implementation plan.

We Want To Employ Best Practices
Clients ask us this all the time — they want to know what “leaders” are doing and how they can replicate that in their implementation. Unlike vendor implementation teams — which will do the same thing over and over again — we are students of the industry, so we offer you best practices we have learned from our research.

We’re Concerned About Complexity and Risk
You should be — but we thrive on complex projects and requirements, and we’re able to mitigate risk using custom approaches vendors can’t leverage. Unlike newly minted MBAs who haven’t done any real work, we’re constantly “in the trenches” coming up with unique solutions to real problems.
