Meet Mike Ferguson
Please welcome Mike Ferguson as a Principal at JBF. Mike is a seasoned leader with over 27 years’ experience driving business transformation through enablement of strategic capabilities and supporting technology implementation.
Mike’s career spans leadership roles both within industry, software, and consultancy, becoming a trusted advisor to organizations focused on supply chain, retail, fashion, consumer products, distribution, and integrated manufacturing.
With technical expertise rooted in supply chain solutions across Blue Yonder and Manhattan, Mike has most recently led organizations in successful SAP S/4HANA implementations.
It's through the lens of this broad technical and industry experience that Mike brings to JBF the knowledge, skills, and discipline required to create a balanced perspective in realizing technical transformation and advancing business operations.
Meet Holly McNally, MBA, CTL
We welcome Holly McNally, MBA, CTL as JBF Senior Consultant. Holly has 10+ years of experience spanning a wide range of activities from managing Over the Road & Rail operations, executing continuous process improvement initiatives, implementing global TMS platforms across NA and the EU, and working with Freight Audit & Pay solutions.
Meet Kyle Spataro
We welcome Kyle Spataro as JBF Functional Consultant. Kyle has experience developing and managing a variety of data technology solutions, including automating manually intensive business processes and reporting structures.
