Tony Wayda is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of supply chain solution design and logistics software selection, implementation and management. Having operations and a technology background gives him a unique perspective and enables delivery of practical solutions that reduce complexities and are embraced by operations.
His career spans leadership roles in the 3PL industry, transportation software Product Management, and consultancy. He has served as a trusted advisor to organizations focused on transportation, visibility and end to end supply chain solutions with deep experience in retail, 3PL, Telecommunication, apparel and CPG.
Most recently, Tony led organizations in successful DC consolidations utilizing JDA and SAP. A new forward omni-channel DC JDA TMS implementation and an end-to-end visibility solution utilizing a combination of off the shelf and custom developed software.
Through his functional and practical experience Tony brings an outstanding record of increasing growth and sales by effectively using systems and technology to create strategic advantages, cut costs, and increase productivity.
