We are delighted to welcome Tony Wayda to the team as a Principal at JBF Consulting. Tony is no stranger to JBF. He first met Brad and Mike Mulqueen six years ago while working on the LBrands project and they kept in touch.
Over the years, Tony’s built an impressive 30+ year career in leadership roles in the 3PL industry and transportation software product management using Blue Yonder, Manhattan, E2Open, BluJay, OTM, Mercury Gate, Descartes, Roadnet, RoadShow, Cube Route, Cheetah, and GT Nexus/Infor.
Tony is considered a trusted advisor to organizations focused on transportation, visibility, and end-to-end supply chain solutions because of his deep experience in retail, 3PL, telecommunication, apparel, and CPG.
With the rapid growth and expansion of the JBF customer base, the time was right to bring Tony on board. Tony's operational experience as a shipper, carrier, and 3PL will play a pivotal role in delivering practical solutions that are “implementable”.
Current & prospective JBF clients will benefit from Tony’s experience in large complex implementations within Fortune 500 companies. Having operations and a technology background gives Tony a unique perspective and enables the delivery of practical solutions that reduce complexities and are embraced by operations.
Tony's wealth of experience in supply chain solution design and logistics software selection, implementation, and leadership talents allow him to play an integral role in the strategy and growth of JBF Consulting. This experience is a significant asset to our company as Tony helps broaden the JBF brand and expand the business into additional areas in supply chain execution.
Tony earned his BA in Systems Information Management from Francis Marion University and a degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Furman University.
A fun fact about Tony is that he’s an avid fisherman, mainly salt water, and a lover of the beach and travel. Tony resides in the Atlanta metro area with his wife of 30 years.
